So I was recently hacked and once I changed my battlet.net password I logged on today and opened a ticket to restore my characters things. I then got in game mail from Blizzard stating that they will investigate this so I happily log-off. Once I'm on my desktop I see i have new Mail and it seems my password has been reset, now im not sure if Blizzard did this or my hacker but I have once again changed my password. I would just like conformation that it was indeed Blizzard that reset my password and not the hacker trying to get access to my account again.

That would have been from us.

It's standard procedure when a compromise investigation is worked to change passwords at least once, sometimes multiple times.

Did you find the source of the compromise? Unless that is identified, the chances of this recurring are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
