Rocket mount not available

my friend just renewed his account for a second month but it is still showing up as me not getting the rocket mount. our accounts are linked til mid october, his transaction is not showing pending and his current sub shows end of september as when it expires. did the 2 months have to be purchases at once?

Not at once, but they do have to bill.

On a one month recurring subscription, the 2nd month won't actually bill until the first month's time has expired.

The other option would be to apply a gamecard. Those are immediately credited to an account.

Unless I am looking at the wrong account (only one linked to this posting character), I am NOT showing this has billed two months yet.

The second won't bill till near the end of September. Remember, recurring payments don't kick in until all current time is used up.

The first 30 days comes with the account - then the first month bills, that time gets used, then the second gets billed.
