When does the 1 HR timer begin after doing 5

I'm farming the deviate Hatchling and would like to know when the timer starts to count down the 1 hour cooldown upon doing 5 instances. Does the timer begin when I exit the 5th instance? . . . or from when I entered the 5th instance?

I'm given to understand those are independent of each other. So, ONE should be available from your first entry, etc.

Does that make sense?

That's the way I've always understood that to work, it may have changed over time :)

It should be no LONGER than an hour after your last run.
