GM Response time is rediculous in game.....

I am extremely disappointed in the service in game as far as wait time to hear from a GM regarding an in game issue. Ive had a ticket in que for over a week now....that is unacceptable by any companies customer service standard. Please identify what the problem is in house and address it. Im sure im not the only one who's experiencing this.
Coming from a customer service background, i know first hand that this cannot be the goal of a company.

Did you submit this petition from a different account, Deathfinder? I only see one open petition and that was placed 25 minutes ago.

It seems that the information you included in that petition is fairly vague so I'd recommend edited your petition and include some details of your request. Such as the item you are referring to and what the mix up was and what characters were involved.

Beyond that, if you have another petition submitted elsewhere please provide the name and realm of the character that submitted it and I'll take a look. Queue times are well under a week so if you do have a petition that is open that long it may have become stuck somehow.

I see it, this was opened at the end of July, Deathfinder, and it looks like it was addressed shortly after you submitted it. I am sorry for the confusion that may have been caused, as I suspected the petition became stuck on that character. This caused it to appear to remain open and unanswered when in fact a Game Master had already looked into your report, taken appropriate actions and replied.

Normally what should have happened is the icon on your character's screen should have changed to indicate that you had a response. Clicking on that would have allowed you to either submit a request for further assistance with the same issue, or closed it out.

It looks like you spoke with someone in Billing or Tech and they were able to resolve the stuck petition issue but may have not provided further clarification beyond that.

Again, I am very sorry for what confusion this may have caused. Though our queue times are not where we would like them they are currently around 1-2 days at the moment and we continue to strive for improving them even still.
