Unable to transfer realms

Hello. I tried to call billing this morning but they were not accepting calls at the time. I'm trying to transfer one of my characters to another realm and it's giving me this message

" An error has occurred on this page We encountered a problem processing this credit card.
Please contact Billing & Account Services for further assistance. "

Now when I first saw this i freaked out of course. Called my bank to make sure everything was OK and it is. Have the sufficient funds in my account, and no detection of suspicious activity.

Funny this is that I put in a faction change not many hours ago and it went through fine. It's just giving me this message when I try to do anything else on my account at the moment.

Have you tried another method of payment, Kaviz? You may wish to try another credit or debit card and see if you find success.

If the issue persists, you will need to contact Account Services by phone I'm afraid.

As an alternative, you can also try a friend or family members card (with their permission of course) if you do not have one of your own.

I would still contact Account Services in this case. I cannot guarantee they will be able to force the transaction through, but they may have better luck in determining the cause of the issue.
