Specific Tickets

Hello! Now, before I start this topic, I'm sure you get this question a lot, so if you can redirect me, that would be awesome!

I just wanted to ask how the ticket sorting works, for example: I have a ticket open about retrieving a deleted character. I am curious as to how long the wait time is, considering this is a specific type of help I'm requesting (compared to a ticket about a ninja or something). I'm sure that i will most likely have a longer wait time since my ticket is more direct, I guess what I'm asking for is...how long on average does a ticket like mine take to get a response?

The majority of petitions are taken in the order that they are received. Others need to be escalated to a specific queue so that a specialist can address them. There are also a few that are actively watched for, such as players who are stuck and unable to move or those floating body spammers.

Please note, simply using a key word to gain attention will not necessarily receive the response you are looking for. If the issue you have is not one that the Game Master is there to assist for your petition may be returned to the normal queue.

Last I checked, average wait times for normal tickets are around 1-2 days. =)
