"Play time expires..."

While I was playing but a few minutes ago, I got a message saying that my "Play time expires in 30 minutes." I have a recurring subscription via credit card, and when I looked in my payment history, the status of the payment says "pending" and the subscription was supposed to renew a few days ago. Does this mean that there was a problem with the payment going through, or does this just sometimes happen?

Players will receive that message as a friendly reminder in the event there is not a method of payment on the account or if the recurring method of payment is still processing, Vanarela.

I can confirm the payment is no longer in a “pending” status, the subscription status is now “active”, and playable for the next 3-months.
