Cannot log into my mage! Help!

i just tried to purchase a race change for my character but it wouldn't accept the payment from the credit card, the same thing happened when i tried to purchase a faction change for one of my characters awhile ago and i had to call billing and account services, BUT now after a few times of entering the credit card info and the race change not accepting it i went to log into the game to message a GM and now it is saying -you cannot log in until the character update process you recently iniciated is complete- does this mean my payment was accepted or something because everytime i clicked finalize it gave an error message so i assume that it wouldn't let me pay, So why can't i log into my mage????

This message indicates there was an issue processing the payment, Seldonian.

In order to rectify the situation, you can either cancel the Race Change or enter in another method of payment to complete the process. If the Race Change is canceled the credit card used will not be charged.

To complete or cancel the Race Change, you would do so by accessing the Race Change Transactions Page found here:

You may wish to try another credit card or debit card to complete the process if you choose finalize the Race Change.
