GM Issue, Ticknet not resolved.

2 days ago I decided to not think and downgrade 40 of my frost emblems to triumph. (*sadface*) Anyhow, I immediately put in a ticket to ask for a refund. 54 hours later I get a response while I am in the middle of an ICC 10 run. As such the GM had asked me if I had anything to add to my post, in which I replied no. He then stated that he had "Already restored the frost emblems, and this is a one time deal" I replied ok.

Now as I said I was in the middle of the ICC tanking, so I didnt have much time to check it out, or logout or whatever to check the counts. When I originally checked, the 40 triumph badges were gone, but the frost badges were still missing. So I waited a bit, checked again, same thing. Logged out, back in, same thing. So I decided to wait a bit, logged out for a few hours, came back, and still the same.

I put in ANOTHER gm ticket explaining what I could in the small space provided, but I am hoping with this post I can get a more timely recovery. Yes I understand its my mistake and there are other people who get "hacked" but I feel I waited my time in line and did not receive what I was told I did. (Never use the drive-thru ^.^)

Anyhow, if I could get a blue post to respond to this I would appreciate it, if not its fine and I will amend this post as my problem is fixed.
