This variety of phish is becoming increasingly common.

They take what is otherwise a normal 'receipt' type email and twist it to their own purposes.

Like any other phish, reviewing the internal routing headers should show you who really sent it.

I've seen many a phish - I've yet to ever see one that didn't try to appeal to one or the other.

And it works, both of those things will motivate a human to action before thinking :)
