hi there, my brother and i used to play WoW a while ago just as the battle.net system came in and now we've decided to start playing again, i sent him a scroll of resurrection but we can't remember what his password was. we have the email address for his user but when he made his account he was a bit younger so he didn't use his actual first name and last name so when we tried retrieving the battle.net password when it asks for your email address, first name and last name we're not sure what it is anymore. is there anything that can be done to resolve this and get him to start playing again?

his account has already been changed to battle.net

thank you for your time :)

This would be something you'd need to contact Billing about, Genex.

If he didn't use real contact information, this account may be unrecoverable.

Does he still have his original account keys? If so, I'd have them handy when you call.

If at all possible, Billing will attempt to assist with this, but if it's impossible to verify who the account holder is - or that it is him....it may not be possible.

That's why it's vitally important to use legitimate information when setting up an account.
