I recently purchased 2 token authenticators through the blizzard store for a couple friend sof mine. Now when they try to link the authenticator account they are met with failure and as such an "Invalid Serial ID"
Now we live in Australia and have had the Australian/European tokens sent out to us.
What can we do so sort this mess. Note that these are new authenticators ordered via the online store. They have never been linked to an account and as such this shouldn't be an issue.
I should mention we've tried with both authenticators and met with the same failure. The only thing I can think of is if the authenticators are somehow already tied to my account.

They should work, no idea why they would not.

You actually have to generate two codes to add one.

You may wish to contact Billing on this. One authenticator being defective - it's rare, but can happen with any mechanical device - but two together?
