I understand I am supposed to phone Blizzard and apparently they will fix it. Unfortunately I'm at work from 7am-9pm (I'm serious, I work illegally long hours) for another 2 days and won't get the chance to try phoning Blizz.
So that I have something to look forward to on my day off, I have a question for everyone:
Has anyone actually had this problem resolved? Easily/quickly? Did you get your game time extended at least by the amount of time your trial character was unplayable on your new account (2 days for me so far)?
