Characters moved unlawfully.

Ok so I will admit my account has been comprimised 3 times and two of my characters had been moved off my account. I understand that there is a time limit to characters being deleted as the back up has been removed or somethign as such has been explained to me. All I want is the cahracters that I leveled I spent time in to be moved back to my account im more then happy to PAY for the move back.

So just so I have this right.
1. for the characters to be moved to another account they need to be under the same last name as the account they are moving from. And I can nearly nearly 100% guarantee that no body in the world has the same last names as me.
2. If my account was comprimised during the move of my characters I should be able to get them back.

So what ive done to have this fixed.
1. Ive rang up twice. A woman informed me she had done something so the account admins would look into it and I would hear back in no more then 3 weeks. So I waited gladly to see what would be said. Three weeks went by and nothing happened. So I sent in a email to the account admins myself and got the generic response "you do not have access to the email attached to this account blah blah blah" (ofcourse I don't it was comrprised!)

2. Rang up again and spoke to a young man who said the same thing about sending something to account admins and he assured me something would happen and I would atleast get my cahracters back as he could see on his screen that my account was comprimised when they were moved from my acccount because he could see the original email address that was used is still my original email and during the time of the three comprimises he could see there was three diffrent emails but unforutantly I got an email from the account admins stating that they could not find my cahracters. When I have actually found the person who did this to my account and also got the transaction ID's from my account. I also have the name of the person who I spoke with who told me this would be done.

So I will agree im sick of rining up and having to wait 45 mins - 1 hour to speak to someone to then have to ring up again and get that little bit thurther so I was hopeing I could come here and actually get something done or point me in the right direction.

Thank you and I do agree it is alot of infomation.

To the GM's who may look into this no its actually not on this account, as you can see I have multiple accounts and this all happened on the account with the 70 human mage on it.

I have controll over all my accounts, he created a new account and moved them to it.

Well, this was looked into 3 times, Flam.

The issue here is age - this was done many months ago and it is simply too old.

But that IS a compromise report, Flam - and that's how it has to be treated to look into this.

Again, this has been looked into a number of times and the biggest issue is that of age - this happened months ago.

You are welcome to ask again, but I suspect, unfortunately, the answer is going to be the same.

And now there is an investigation , but its not what im asking now. I'm asking would I be able to ring up and get the account that they were moved to put on my B.net as they have to have the same details as me.

Only if you had the details of the account and it was yours.
