2 week old open ticket - Blue Tracker

So I've had an open ticket for a couple weeks now, and I'm wondering what's going on.
In the past it's taken up to a couple days to get a response, but this is crazy.
Is this normal these days?

No, it isn't normal at all, Talonhorn. Most petitions are answered in a couple of days unless they need to be escalated further. It sounds like the response that you should have received caused the icon on your screen to glitch.

Let me take a look.

Here we go. That is what looks to have happened. It looks like they sent a response that thanked you for your report and let you know that the matter would be investigated.

Sorry for the confusion, Talonhorn. I've cleared your petition so that should hopefully keep it from happening again.
