I notice a large amount of people being unable to transfer due to mail in their inbox. This is an ongoing issue, and short of not blocking this spam anymore I dont see it being resolved.

Why not create a sticky about this issue and allow people to post their and if the forum mods have time they can go through and clear some people out. This should have the dual impact of clearing the confusion about why they cant transfer and also keeping the numerous individuals with one issue in one place, as opposed to 6-12 posts on the front page.

Really? I think it rather appropriate here. Though sticky creation is a tricky thing.

Though we are happy to help when a player may have mail stuck in their in-box preventing them from transferring or faction changing this isn't something that we normally do and in most cases we encourage that you submit an in-game petition.

By creating a stickied thread specifically dealing with these matters we may be increasing attention and traffic exponentially and cause the very few of us who work in this forum to spend too much time on this one thing and not be able to help with other issues.

Ok. My bad :) I'll delete the post. Thanks for correcting me :)

Naw, in most cases you'd be correct but I don't think our Developers are very interested in what stickies those of us in the CS forum make. :)

I still think you guys should change the name of the forum to match the EU one. Too many people don't read the stickies and simply come here to complain about things that the GM's can't fix.

That has certainly been the focus of much discussion over the years, Baneus. We do get posts that the CS Forum Reps are unable to assist with but this forum also serves as a catch all. Even if we are unable to assist directly we try and refer the person to the appropriate contact point. :)

We'll see what the future brings. :)
