Got Cataclysm Invite- Guild is in but I'm not

Hi,

I called Blizzard yesterday to say that I received my invite, along with the guild my main char is in, to the Catacylsm Beta.

However, I haven't been flagged on the battle.net site and they have. I see two PTR listings, but neither is showing the Cataclysm box - it's the Lich King box. Anyway, it doesn't work for Cataclysm. Someone told me this may be the problem?

Was told to email Blizzard. I did that. All I'm getting is surveys in response. Been a couple weeks now. What's up?

Thanks in advance if you can look into this problem.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to get this information over the phone, they do not host this contest. In order to inquire about the guild beta contest you will need to have your guild master do the following:
    1. Reply to the email you received (Guild masters only).

    2. ALL inquiries should come from the Guild masters only to this email BlizzardContest@blizzard.com

    3. Guild masters, please submit a brief description of your inquiry along with any battle.net account information.

    **NOTE: No one, other than the guild master will receive a response. **
Please understand they they have received a large amount of emails with questions and inquiries and it may take some time to get a response.
