[Bug] Water effects messing up

I have encountered on many of my characters that when I am near water or in water, instead of seeing normal shadows I see what seems to be clear shadows, i dont know how to explain this, I can post a Screen Shot but im not sure if im allowed to post outside Links, if i am please say so.
