Long story short, was hacked back in April when I wasn't playing and one of my accounts is locked. I've sent an email to Account Administration on Tuesday, but have yet to receive a response. Anyone have any idea the normal turn around time? The chargebacks, and items have been restored to the other affected accounts, so clearly there's proof I wasn't in control of the accounts at the time this ban happened.
Just don't want to clog up phone lines/email if there's nothing else I can do to help get this resolved.
