Account Locked/Banned

Long story short, was hacked back in April when I wasn't playing and one of my accounts is locked. I've sent an email to Account Administration on Tuesday, but have yet to receive a response. Anyone have any idea the normal turn around time? The chargebacks, and items have been restored to the other affected accounts, so clearly there's proof I wasn't in control of the accounts at the time this ban happened.

Just don't want to clog up phone lines/email if there's nothing else I can do to help get this resolved.

From what I see the account is not locked at the moment, looks like you should have access and 2 emails were sent out regarding restoration on: 19/08/2010 12:35:16 p.m. If you need further assistance regarding the restoration please reply to the emails sent to you or send one to wowgm@blizzard.com.
