Loading screen stuck after instance run

Well Last night i ran some instances anyway we did hellfire ramparts. Before we ported in (random queue group) i was in i think Moonglade druid area. Well when i left group i was in honor hold or whatever in hellfire and it let me stay there instead of porting me back.

Well today I tried to log on and it's just stuck at the loading screen after i pick my toon(Rumblerice). It loads all the way but never goes past that.

I thought maybe this is happening because i was supposed to be put back in moonglade and i'm in hellfire actually.

Anything i can do to maybe try porting myself back to moonglade or another area? I just thought maybe the server or whatever is confused and that's why it's not loading lol.
