If an account is set up on a reoccurring subscription then the recruiting account will only earn ubscription benefits once the payment has applied. Given when the account was originally created around the 10th of July, this would mean that the first subscription payment won't process for 40 days after that date (10 days of trial time and 30 days of free time that new accounts receive).
