Hey guys i logged on my main tonight bought a name change whilst talking with a gm, couldent logout so i alt tabbed and closed wow. But my character is still sitting in krasus landing and has been for the past hour i cant logon it but i can log onto my alts?

This can be looked into, but it's actually more important to determine HOW they got your information, damages can be investigated.

If you don't find out how this happened chances are VERY high it WILL happen again.

Your character was indeed stuck online. I just asked he be removed from the game.

Now, from what you are saying, I suspect this was caused by asking for a transaction while on the character, that can cause all sorts of issues - including delays.

This is currently showing unprocessed. I wouldn't try accessing that character for awhile, give this a chance to work through the system.

If by morning this doesn't seem to have processed, a call to Billing may be in order. I'm not sure if the process was halted due to the character being online at the time if it will pickup normally. Right now, I'd just give this a bit more time.

You might see if you could cancel that transaction through Account Management and re-request it later.

It may be past the point that can be done, but it's worth looking into.

Well *I* didn't, but this was also perceived as a compromise from your report 22 minutes ago.

You should be getting a new password through your email shortly.
