When I was traveling to Duskwood, I checked this vendor and became shocked, because of his not-so-limited supplies:
117 Cables Schematics
111 Holy Prot Potion Recipes
104 Mana Potions

I don't think it's intended. Looks like there isn't any limit for those items.
