Curious about an unavailable name

I just transfered a toon, "Loveshack" to Agamaggan and would love to name her Valerie, but get the message that the name is unavailable.

Valerie is not listed on the Wow armory for Agamaggan, but the name is used on other servers, so why can't I use this name?


why would I want such a silly name? My main is Miraclemax (the magician to the king in The Princess Bride, until the king's stinking son fired him).

Valerie is Miraclemax's wife.
