I upgraded my trial account over 72 hours ago (which I understand is the standard amount of time for features to be available) and I still can’t receive mail or get a guild invite. Please upgrade my account. Thank you.

Actually, Moogata, it looks like your purchase was made at 18:04 GMT on 8/29, it is currently 9/1 at 5:55 GMT. For the full 72 hours you still have approximately 12 more hours.

I am sorry for the confusion and inconvenience, Moogata, hopefully those restrictions will lift soon.
