Wrong refund, what do I do?

Go ahead and laugh at my mistake, but the GM's is horrible.

My daughter purchased the 16k gold mount in Dalaran. I found out and asked a GM to refund it, as I haven't trained it. He graciously took care of it. Upon receiving the email, my mount was taken back, but the GM only refunded me 1600 gold instead of the 16000 gold.

I waited all night for a resolution but couldn't get to a GM due to the long wait. I am quite upset at losing 14,400 gold because of a GM that didn't watch what he is doing. Can anyone point me to a customer service route to either get the mount back or get the proper gold refunded.

Yes, I'm very upset, and rightfully so. I would rather this GM just say no and I kept the mount than lose all of my gold.

Thank you,

Lazydays.

I'm sorry, Lazydays, it seems like you believe the error was purposefully done. I don't want to destroy the illusion but most of us are human and can make mistakes such as accidentally dropping a "0" when providing a refund for someone else who made an error.

Though our wait times can get up there, Lazydays, you were responded to after a little over 3 hours. We would love to respond within moments of a petition being submitted but that's still pretty good. :)

I am sorry for the inconvenience this matter has caused you, I see it has already been resolved and the correct total granted to the character.
