Where is my Celestial Steed???

I have make purchase from Blizzard store. I try to redeem by inputting the item code, but it says it was being claimed....

According to my transaction page, the status is: Queue

What should I do now? Wait?

I want my steed in this account in this character.......... please help......

I show the Celestial Steed was claimed on the account in question, Kinokenneth, however if you are not seeing the item appear in the mailbox I need for you to try a couple of things for me.

Please create a new character on the account. Log into this character for roughly 20-30 seconds then log out. Log back into Kinokenneth and see if the item appears in the mail.

If the item is not in the mail, please exit the game completely and follow the steps to reset the password to the account. To reset the password follow the prompts here:

Remain out of the game for about 20 minutes after resetting the password. Re-launch the game, log into Kinokenneth, and see if the Celestial Steed is there.
