Recruit a friend problems

HI! so i got my RL friend to try the game and subsequently to buy the game using the RAF tool. I look online and it says our accounts are linked, but i cannot summon him, we are not getting the RAF xp bonus and now i have an extra trial account on my personal account.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I may be able to provide some insight but in order for me to do so I need to know a character name and realm on the account you recruited, Polydeuce. Would you be able to supply this information?

I do have some good news for you, Polydeuce.

It appears as though he created the account within the last 30-days and we may be able to link the two accounts together after all, however it will require a phone call to Account Services. I would recommend you both be present when contacting them in the event both parties are needed for verification.
