No "Report Spam" Option?

I am religious about reporting gold spammers. However many times when I right-click the spammers' names, the "Report Spam" option is not in the menu. In those cases, I take the time to complete a ticket.

As always, I recieve a canned reply, saying the GM got my ticket, and then informing me all about right-clicking the spammers' names, and using "Report Spam." Even after I had already explained in my ticket that "Report Spam" was unavailable as an option in that particular case. This gives me the impression that the GM who replied did not take the time to even read my ticket.

So, what is the deal with "Report Spam" going MIA in the menu on some spammers? Is it because the spammer logs out immediately after posting their message?

There is a limit on reports available - but most folks never hit it :)

You must be very vigilant indeed!
