Regarding Cataclysm Beta Activation

I know that if you are selected to participate in the beta your battle.net account becomes flagged. I just had a question on whether or not it can be flagged if your wow account is canceled or frozen.

"In good standing" typically means currently active without any type of action on the account like a suspension.
