How long for a Bot to get banned?

There has been a mining bot in Sholazar basin (occasionally moving to WG) on Executus for over 2 weeks now. I have reported it on 2 occasions and received a response from 2 GM's. As of this posting, the bot is still there. I don't know if anyone else has reported this bot.

My question is: what is the average time frame that it takes a typical bot to get banned, if there is an average timeframe at all?

The competition to get minerals from Sholazar is high enough among legitimate players. We don't need the losses we all experience from dealing with a bot.

Thank you.

The time frame varies, Ajenda. In some cases they are dealt with fairly quick, in some cases before many people even notice they were there. In other cases they may exist for several weeks before they can be properly investigated and dealt with.

It really depends on the circumstances.

If you have reported this character then a report would have been generated and forwarded for investigation. If the character remains after a week or two feel free to report it again. It should also be noted that simply because someone looks to be using automation doesn't mean that they are.

I'm not saying you are wrong, Ajenda, but it is important to remember that it is possible that things are not how you assume them to be. :)
