It seems there is a lot of misinformation in this thread. I highly recommend those unfamiliar with our stance on Ninja Looting and Scamming to review the following article:

What is Blizzard Entertainment's stance on "ninja looting" within the World of Warcraft?

Q u o t e:
I was the druid and another druid roll for it and i lost he won then a warrior rolled it he got a higher thing and the leader thought he was a druid so he gave it to him and in raid chat they told him give it back gave it to rong person and he left group and hearthed can he get banned for that

The situation you are describing, Luîck, sounds much more like an unfortunate mistake on the Master Looter's end. There are two courses of action for you to take from here:

1) You may report it via an in-game petition to allow our Game Masters to determine if there was in fact any foul play afoot.
2) You may contact the warrior who received the loot and ask him if he could put in a ticket to have that item redistributed to you, or to trade it to you if the 2-hour timer is still applicable.

The item now belongs to that player, even if perhaps erroneously, so we require his express permission to be able to pass it to you. Also note that in the case of a scam, there are very few cases where we are able to redistribute loot lost, and we are unable to inform you of the full scope of actions taken during investigation.

Despite the appreciated effort to keep this thread positive, I feel perhaps this is as far as it needs to go.
