Instance no found after realm change

My friend flattery on arygos transferred to arygos to do ICC10 tonight he was not saved but everytime he tries to get into ICC it says "Transfer Aborted instance not found" He's not saved to icc10

It may be an issue with some of the instanced in that Battlegroup, I'll see what I can find out and make sure someone is looking into it.
