Hello,

Ive bin told it is possible to have your heirlooms transfered via ticket to a gm if you have them stuck on a different server and i was wondering if this was true because i would like to continue my play time on area 52 since i xfered over there from shattered hand and accidently left my heirlooms behind. Was wondering if it was possible to have them sent to my main character on area 52. thank you and good bye.

It seems that the issue may have been confused somewhere along the way. In cases where a transfer has very recently taken place, where the items may have been accidentally left behind, we may be able to help.

Otherwise I'm afraid we are usually unable to facilitate a transfer of items across realms.

Our Developers are interested in adding such functionality to the mail system but this will likely take time if it does prove to be feasible.
