I want to order an authenticator for my nephew to give him some extra account security. When I try to order I get an error telling me to call Support. I already have one for myself so do I need him to log onto his account then order from the Blizzard store that way? Because i couldn't order it through my store account and send it to his house or my own.

Q u o t e:
Now I have 3 authenticator purchase on hold in my account. These better disappear as They said there was an error and nothing was finalized no confirmation email or anything. What are you trying to do to me Blizz? I have enough to worry about, 17.50 ain't alot but it will pay other things. Let me know how to fix it.

I double-checked on the orders for you, and none of them have gone through. This means the charges you are seeing are simply holds, and once they clear, they will be refunded to your bank. =)

I am not seeing any immediate reason as to why this transaction should be failing, but Billing & Account Services may have more insight. I highly advise speaking with Billing in the morning as they may be able to manually put this order through for you.

You may contact Billing by phone at 1 (800) 592-5499 between the hours of 7am to 8pm Pacific Standard Time, any day of the week. Oceanic players should instead dial 1-800-041-378. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].
