Cannot Upgrade to WOTLK

Hello,

In my battlenet I have a few accounts, i upgraded 1 too WOTLK however every time I try and upgrade 2nd account it reads: Transaction unsuccessful. If you are sure
the credit card number was entered correctly,
please contact Billing & Account Services
for further assistance.


Of course I am entering the correct info, I have tried around 8 times now, but no Joy.
yes there is funds in my account, I double checked.

So why can I not upgrade ?

I have reviewed the Battle.net account in question, Missruthless, and I show you have purchased several upgrades recently, all of which were successful. If you have used this same card for each purchase your financial institution may have placed a temporary block on the card as a preventative measure against fraud. You may wish to verify with them if this is the case.

If that particular credit card is not being accepted, please try another card if you have one. We find that where one card fails, another card will process the transaction just fine.

If you are still unable to process the upgrade, you can purchase the game from a local retailer, or you can contact Account Services by phone for assistance.
