Worst Customer Service Ever

So I queue up for Heroic Forge of Souls on my rogue, thinking there's a virtually nonexistent chance that I'll get my trinket that I've been farming for for weeks. I wait in queue for half a Removed hour, get in, kill the first boss and IMMEDIATELY disconnect, no reason other than congrats you are no longer connected, too bad so sad. I log back in and find that I've been kicked from the group, and of course I'm saved with no chance to kill the 2nd boss until instance resets. Put in a ticket explaining my situation, get a copypaste response with (paraphrased) "Too bad for you, we're not gonna do Removed about it, but here's a survey for you to fill out." This is unfortunate. Instance lockouts are Removed in the first place, but being able to get saved, get kicked by your group, and then not be able to finish under any circumstances (other than queueing for randoms and praying to get the right instance, no thanks) is ridiculous. You need to change the lockout system, or add a way to reset lockouts when this happens. Completely unbelievable, millions of dollars a month being funneled into your company and players like me get screwed every day.
