Character Transfer

I was thinking of transferring one of my characters from another account, but my other account is unsubscribed.

Would I still be able to transfer the character over?

Sure can! You can see all the restrictions at the link I've provided, but I'll include them here for good measure. ;)

    - Transfers between accounts can be done only if you are the registered user on both accounts. (We do not support the transfer of characters between friends, guild mates, or family members.)
    - Trial accounts are not eligible to send or receive characters. To remove trial restrictions please upgrade to a paid account.
    - Characters may not be transferred to or from a suspended, temporary or permanently disabled account.
    - Customers with expansion accounts cannot transfer characters to a non-expansion account. The reverse is accepted.

That's more along the lines of temporarily suspended, or locked. Sorry for any confusion. =)
