Need a bit of help

Hi, I seem to be in a bit of trouble here... I have a moblle autheticator attached to my account (and its the only phone that i have atm) and I seem to have lost it and can't log into any of my accounts now. Is there anyway fo you guys to remove that thing for me?

If you wish to remove the Mobile Authenticator from the Battle.net account, Addonexus, you will need to contact Account Services to do so.

In order to remove the authenticator from the account with an Account Services representative, you must be able to provide the following information:

  • Battle.net Secret Question Answer
  • Mobile Authenticator serial number or the Classic World of Warcraft authentication key.

If you cannot provide the information above, you will need to send in a copy of your ID to remove the authenticator. We are more than happy to email you the complete instructions if needed.
