So basically here is my story,

My main is a holy pally, level 80, not very good geared because i hate healing. I decided to reroll, and picked a mage. Since i hate grinding quests i thought i would level from randoms. Since i was a healer i didnt know that the que time was that bad for dps. So now i dont want to regrind my heirloom gear for my alt, but i cant keep waiting 30 mins for random. I am going to reroll a druid tank. I opened a ticket, but it looks like it could be days for a gm to respond, and i probably will be offline when he does (knowing my luck), but would he even change my heirloom gear? I refuse to regrind the gear on my main as i hate him now, but cant keep waiting 30 mins for the randoms, any advice?

Thanks,

That 2 hour timer was put in to help players self-correct 'mistaken' purchases, Fed.

It's not - and was never intended, for respecs or class switches. It's for the situations oh - OH MY GOSH, I can't believe I just hit the wrong button.

While you are welcome to ask, and leave your petition open - the chances of us being able to facilitate this request are extremely slim. That's just not the purpose behind that gear....and the refund systems.
