Hello Char race change problem

Hi there i paid for race change on layllow shaman on forostymorne

i got billed and i got the transaction send to me but some how i been wait for while now it not giving me the race change could i get help please... can some assist me thanks you

I'd recommend following up with Billing on that.

I see a LOT of transfers of one sort or another, but no race change recently on that particular one.
