Char transfer why account hacked

my main toon was transferred off my account why my account was hacked when i took a break from the game it was transferred off my account 7/7/2010 i have contacted blizz several times about it and keep getting the generic answer

what can i do besides getting a blizzard authenticator because i already got one after i got my account back

The Paid Character Transfer dispute has been investigated 3 times now, Nightsfires, and each investigation resulted in the same conclusion – The transfer will not be reversed.

I can confirm the issue is now in the hands of a supervisor for a final review. Once the supervisor has completed the investigation you will be notified via email.
