[Bug] ...It Will Come

Is this one working for anyone yet? I've finished Hyjal, don't dare enter the Maelstrom after the Instant Death rumors, and I'm now stuck 1 bar from 83 on the ocean floor by this green glyph. Is it showing up at all, for anyone?

Also - my avatar is showing up as my actual Live rogue, not my beta one. (who was forcibly renamed Pillywiggins.) Is there a way to fix this?
