Recovering WTF folder, binds/macros?

I was wondering if there was any way to recover your WTF folder?
Mine was unfortunatly lost. I mostly want it for my binds/macros.
I also was testing UI changes on PTR and I had it set up perfectly. I was going to transfer it to Live.
I was wondering if there is a way to recover your PTR binds/macros, ui etc.
