(Blue) Still Unable to Post in Beta Forums

I can log in to the beta forums but when I go to character selection, there are no characters listed, and I am not able to post anything without a character selected. Yes I have multiple characters, both transferred and new. I have leveled them, and still nothing shows on the list. I need to be able to post in the Beta forums, as I already have found a bug fix for a certain problem, namely this:

Sorry, the installer could not be initialized.
Unable to find streaming info for "Data\enUS\speech-enUS.MPQ". (OpenRepackTarget::Validate)

Some people posted that it was a proxy server issue, particularly with a setting in IE. I don't even use IE though I did check to see if proxy was initialized, and it wasn't. My fix was the fact I have AVG Anti-virus, and disabling a portion of it called Link Scanner fixed the problem.

PLEASE help. I can't report fixes or bugs outside of the client without beta forum posting access.
