Error attempting to Faction Change - mail?

OK so i want to faction change my character bolias to horde BUT IT SAYS!! that i cant do it because theres mail in my box or enroute to my box.. IVE WAITED 2 HOURS and i havent recieved any mail!!! why does blizzard have to have these little loop holes that waste time!! please answer me and tell me what i should do about this glitch

I understand your frustration but I tend not to reward people for attempting to hijack threads. It would have been appreciated if you perhaps edited your thread title but alas I guess this is what I have to work with.

Now with that said, as soon as I posted I did look at your character and I removed the mail that was in the mailbox, so you should be set.

The mail wasn't spam though it was mail from NPC's, it seems that you removed an item that was sent to you but never deleted the mail after.

They are? I should tell all these people to go home. O.o

Our In-Game Support staff works 24/7. Billing and Tech are here until 8 PM PDT. No one is off work at the moment. Regardless the Faction Change service is an automatic system. The wait times are based on the number of requests that are received as it takes time for the system to process the request.

Believe me, every employee at Blizzard understands that there are situations that will cause frustration, I'm sure most of us have been there ourselves. In order to help you though we need information.

I go by titles... if the title of the thread gives me an idea of what the thread is about, especially simple fixes like this, I'll usually spot it and take care of it.
