Authenticator

My account was compromised a little while back so when i got my account back i decided to get an authenticator. I ordered it on 7/22/10 and it is now 8/21/10 practically a whole month later. Am i just supposed to keep waiting for the authenticator and hope my account doesn't get compromised in the meantime? Also is it common for it to take this long to arrive?

From what I can see, Jesucristoh, the package shipped. You might need to give our Billing and Account Services department a call though if you have not yet received the item. They may be able to see what happened.
