Im about to rage my face off

Okay , to begin with, I've played WoW on and off for a very long time, and I haven't played WoW in a few months, and wanted to start up again, the only thing is, I can't remember my password; because at one point I noticed my account was hacked, but nothing was stolen, so I got that squared away, they removed the authenticator, and sent me a Password reset Link. and so I changed it, and then changed it once more to something a little more complex, and shortly after I had to go back to school and stopped playing, which brings me to where i am now >:[

My First attempt to get this figured out I spent some time trying to remember my secret question, granted I cant even remember a password I had not used in months, I'm not going to remember the question i created almost a year ago. so, my last resort I sent an email in to billing and Account services/support people, and had no response there. so later on I tried to call the Number after about 2 hours, of repeated calls, I finally got through on my last try I was on hold for 51minutes and some odd seconds. I called Via skype. so It starts off pretty good i explained my situation, he was pretty helpful but nothing was accomplished. so he sent me an email of different things i could try, and I had to verify my Identity in order to get the answer to my secret question, which includes my Drivers License the TOU form or a birth certificate, but I don't want to go through the hassle of getting that all done. when I replied to that email asking if I could get a password reset link instead; figuring they would be easier; he pretty much told me the same thing, so I, Try to remember 3 of the highest characters on the account, I can only remember 2; and that isn't good enough, but I did how ever have my old Debit card and that was verified so all I need is one more thing, and that would be my old old address from 3 or 4 years ago so I made a phone call and luckily my mom still had it, so I sent that in early early this morning I still have no reply, and I'm very close to just saying screw it Ill take my money elsewhere. its been just about 3 days and nothings really happening I'm actually pretty P.O. about this

all I want is the damn password reset link sent to the Email account REGISTERD to the battle-net account, if Im not who i say I am, and all that other hup'de'lou, then nothing would happen anways
