NEED! GM Help Account Locked

My account Recently got Hacked 2 Days ago and it got hacked again last Night after a Restortion...Im wondeirng if i can get at least 1 Response from a Blizzard Employee On How i can get my Account Unlocked..Ive Ordered a Authenticator and i Just Scanned my Computer twice..and im Doing Full DEEP Scans as we Speak....I honestly Want to play my game ...and it seems like i won't be able to do that for weeks...

It seems you already know what to do, This. You appear to have sent multiple e-mails with the Account Security Verification information filled out. You simply need to wait until that has been processed.

Actually, not one single person on this forum has receive a Game Master response, This, at least not in a post that has been made. Some of them have received responses from CS Forum Reps but that doesn't mean you are any more or less important. It is important to note that these forums are not a petitioning system and though we try to provide what advice we can we are simply unable to get to each and every post. As I indicated previously you did have the necessary information to get the account unlocked. In fact, it seems that once you had changed your e-mail address, this morning it seems, you replied with the necessary information, then sent another compromise report, and then later did another security verification e-mail and a separate e-mail about the lock.

I understand your frustration, you were compromised and apparently were unable to find the source of your compromise and were compromised again. Because of this the account was locked, hopefully to make sure that you have regained proper control of your account and system.

Multiple e-mails regarding the same issue will only serve to confuse the matter so please allow your request to be processed.

Absolutely not. Though no restoration is guaranteed we usually try to help when we can and there may come a time when we are simply unable to provide further restoration due to repeated compromised but it never hurts to ask. Though I highly recommend that you pick up an Authenticator, either a physical device or the Mobile one.
