Bought Game But Still Says I'm On A Trial

Hello,

I purchased the full game but for some reason when I try to do in game actions such as create a party, it still says I can't do things because it is a trail account, which is rather frustrating! Anyone else having this issue? I installed all the new patches and everything, even tried restarting but still same thing!
